Dates!

I just realised that my dates were wrong for the posts...didn't seem to occur to me that they would be on US time and not Melbourne, Australia time!

More drawing for the Creative Quilting course: this time, lines. Pen is definitely easier! I like the top drawing of the cat, fossil and shoe.

  1. WOW! These drawings are beautiful, and really interesting! Thanks for commenting on my book tutorial post on the Sketchbook Challenge blog. Anything like stiff cardboard will do for book board. I've used the packaging from printer paper, scraps of mat board, and plain card board as well as chip board, book board and illustration board. Nothing too thick like foam core. Keep it to about 1/8". And don't forget to take a photo and post it!

  2. Thanks, Jane! Drawing has never been my thing, after being told constantly at school that I was no good at it. To try and take it up has been quite a challenge, let alone put it out into the wide world of the web!

I'll take your advice and have a hunt around the house to see what I can scrounge up, to use for some 'book' board.
